Hybrid Program Schedule

At Elite Academy & Sports (EAS), our schedule is built specifically for competitive athletes. We understand that our students balance rigorous athletic training, frequent tournament travel, and strong academic standards simultaneously. Our program operates on a 4-Day Training / 1-Day Recovery model — Monday through Thursday features a fixed midday training block, while Fridays are entirely dedicated to physical recovery, academic completion, and teacher support.

REST, RECOVERY & SUBMISSION DAY

Focus Fridays

Competitive athletes need time to let their bodies recover — especially before weekend tournaments. There is no athletic training on Fridays. Instead, Friday is a structured recovery and academic wrap-up day built around four clear expectations.

Physical Recovery

Full rest day to allow the body to recover and prepare for weekend games or tournaments. No training scheduled.

Teacher Check-In

Prime window for optional 1-on-1 virtual teacher meetings for academic support, feedback, and review.

Assignment Submission

All weekly work for Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies must be submitted by end of day Friday.

Weekly Reflection

Students complete the End-of-Week Reflection on their Monday Success Map to set intentions for the following
week.

Travel Protocol

Many EAS students travel frequently for elite tournaments. Our self-paced, fully online academic model ensures that travel is a feature of our program — not a disruption.

Work from Anywhere

All four core subjects are fully online. Students complete assignments from a hotel room, airport, or team bus — any time, any place.

Flexible Deadlines

Traveling on Thursday or Friday? Deadlines adjust with prior teacher notification. No student is penalized for tournament travel.

No Missed Classes

There are no live lectures to miss. Students shift Morning or Afternoon Flex hours to fit their travel itinerary seamlessly.

Tournament = Training
